I originally left a positive review, but these people deceived me! Not only did the doctor mis-diagnose the source of my ankle pain (as my current ankle doctor explained), but they charged me $116.42 for a 4-minute phone call after making it sound like they wouldn't charge me for it at all! And I only found this out after calling multiple times over the course of weeks!

If you have a policy then own it AND communicate it effectively. I've had at least 6 MRIs over the years and 2 in the last year under the same insurance company. They told me they can't do the MRI because my insurance company requires my deductible to be paid - LIE! Premier Radiology has processed my MRIs without pre-payment. If that's your policy, make sure it's known when setting up the appt. I didn't have my HSA card and I chose not to pay with my cash on hand. Dr Kaelin and his PA are amazing...they have treated my son, my daughter, my son in law and myself...and after we could no longer avoid a complete knee replacement-Dr K set me up with his personal surgeon at Centennial

Dr Kaelin is one of the best Doctor's I have seen. Listens to your complaints diagnosis your symptoms and treats them.
