My daughter has always went to this dentist since she was little and I had to have surgery and totally forgot about her appointment and ive been dealing with alot of health problems. I received a text to reschedule her appointment and I called to do so and they told me they would no longer take hher. The receptionist was extremely rude so I will no long recommend this office to people. I use to love TN smiles, but sadly we will be looking for a new dentist office.
1 star is to much for this place rude ppl won’t take u in if u miss appointment and want to act like they are the only dentist around 😂

I used to work at Tennessee Smiles for many years. I took my children to Tennessee Smiles before and during my employment; and now will continue to take them there for their dental appointments. From someone who has seen all the sides of dentistry and what true care and intentions look like, there is no better. The staff and doctors there truly care for and love all of their patients, not to mention the dental work is top notch in the world of pediatrics. They are listed as a Wellpoint/TennCare/Medicaid but they don't accept any children under the age of 9 but will go to the schools and do cleanings and other things. In my opinion there are better places that don't take over a week to call you back. Horrible experience dealing with these people and waiting so long to be told my 12-year-old is too old as a new patient. My kid used to go to Johnsons ... read more
