My daughter has always went to this dentist since she was little and I had to have surgery and totally forgot about her appointment and ive been dealing with alot of health problems. I received a text to reschedule her appointment and I called to do so and they told me they would no longer take hher. The receptionist was extremely rude so I will no long recommend this office to people. I use to love TN smiles, but sadly we will be looking for a new dentist office.

We have used them for 6 years and have always have had a great experience. My daughter has level two autism and has been regressing in Hygiene areas teeth brushing, hair brushing, potting, washing her hair and so on. All this is VERY HARD TO DO. Take 2 to 3 people sometimes and she will hurt us. When I got my reminder call yesterday I let them know she had a canker sore on her lip and I wasn’t sure how the appt would go. We get there today and she isn’t handling it well at all. She is saying it hurts. She wasn’t talking abou... read more

I used to work at Tennessee Smiles for many years. I took my children to Tennessee Smiles before and during my employment; and now will continue to take them there for their dental appointments. From someone who has seen all the sides of dentistry and what true care and intentions look like, there is no better. The staff and doctors there truly care for and love all of their patients, not to mention the dental work is top notch in the world of pediatrics. So Thankful for practices like this that still exist.

Interesting set up. They go to the schools sponsor the schools cleaning events but then won't accept children above the age of 9. They are listed as a Wellpoint/TennCare/Medicaid but they don't accept any children under the age of 9 but will go to the schools and do cleanings and other things. In my opinion there are better places that don't take over a week to call you back. Horrible experience dealing with these people and waiting so long to be told my 12-year-old is too old as a new patient. My kid used to go to Johnsons ... read more
