Made an appointment back in September, called weeks ago to see what the date of the appointment was, got no answer. Left a voicemail never got a call back. Called again to see what date the appointment was. Just to find out they never even scheduled it. How do you give a date for an appointment but don’t scheduled it? Very unprofessional for such a high talked about dentist.
My fiance took my 3 year old daughter there and the older blonde lady was rude and getting frustrated with my daughter who is only 3 they told her there was nothing wrong with her teeth yet she went to bed crying last night in pain this place is a joke 1 out of 10 would not recommend
Been bringing my kids here for a couple years now and the girls that do the stuff are great when we go. Now, I've had a problem with them not faxing my daughters dental exam stuff when they're supposed to. Now I've called every day this week and it says theyre closed when they should be open. I've left a message and haven't received a call back.
