I just tried to schedule a new appointment, and I had the rudest receptionist. I can't believe they allow someone like this to answer phones. I'll won't be seeing a doctor here. There are many other doctors in the area. I don't have to put up with such unprofessionalism.
Dr. Peter Sonkin started working on me over 18 years ago; I know because it was the year his youngest son was born! He identified a serious problem with a blood mass behind my “good” right eye; my left eye had a detached retina in the early 70’s. I had an ocular occlusion requiring laser oblation. This place is a unbelievable with the wait time. You make a appointment and still wait forever. I dislike it very much. No concern for the patient's.
I was an observer in the waiting area while my friend was being seen by this office. I consistently overheard the receptionist speaking so kindly to folks in person as well as over the telephone. When I got ready to leave, I acknowledged her kindness. What a treat and how we need more of this in our world! Thank you Terrell!
