The Thompson Station office is so great. Staff is so patient and helpful. Dr. Dodd really listens and answers all questions. Both of my kids have gotten great care from the nurses and doctors. Our wait times are short as well. This office is excellent and would highly highly recommend.

Worse place ever to take your kids to. Really bad customer service, more than 15 minutes on hold every time you call no matter what time, doctors are robots and do not care at all for the children. they only care about charging you and do not even try to be nice to you or your kids. Dr. Jennifer A. Jehrio-Butler treated me and my baby from day 0 as we had a contagious illness. She will close the door and she will stay there the whole time.
