friendly staff and doctors
Dr. Shaver and Dr. Ryan have been great to my whole family. Me, my 2 daughters, my sister knee surgeries and now my 2 year old grandson arm fracture. They took such good care of him, even Bear-Bear got a cast today💖. They are wonderful!! would recommend them for anyone. Very polite, friendly and helpful!!
If you need orthopedic care, definitely give them a call. Friendly staff and doctors, excellent care, highly recommend!
Be truthful and improve customer service: Parents were at TOC WALK IN CLINIC -sent there by Cardiac surgeon. They arrived at 11:30am 2 hours. They close at 12 for lunch. They told mom if she was back by 1 they would have appointment then. Mom had to go home and get insurance cards. John stayed. Well she lied. Mom was here before 1 as she told mom. for physical therapy, definitely yes, great staffing and very polite...as for the other side, the doctor's office...no way
Ryan Connor was so nice and explained everything well. I received a injection in my knee and he seemed to really care that it would help me with my knee pain. I will definitely go there again.
