Just here for an MRI. Aside from the MRI tech, who is amazing, the customer service is TERRIBLE! From the appointment reminder call to the actual in office visit has been a terrible experience. As a previous Covenant Associate, we were not allowed to give the impression that we hated our jobs. We had extensive training on customer service. The attitude of the girls at the desk and the financial counselor have made a bad experience much worse.
