Dr. Vance is everything you want in a doctor. I had a million questions and he answered everyone of them. He and Dr. Branham are phenomenal. I was given realistic expectations and was informed that healing is different for everyone. This helped me because I wanted a healing time and to know what the process is. Be truthful and improve customer service: Parents were at TOC WALK IN CLINIC -sent there by Cardiac surgeon. They arrived at 11:30am 2 hours. They close at 12 for lunch. They told mom if she was back by 1 they would have appointment then. Mom had to go home and get insurance cards. John stayed. Well she lied. Mom was here before 1 as she told mom. They have the worst phone,system ive ever encountered....2 days of holding...love my Dr., but this is,stupid....spent 35 mins waiting..just,gave up...ive called and called and it,just keeps playing commercials and so forth...EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING!!! Total of 1.5 hours on hold......awful
