I can’t even get in contact with my doctor to Settle a claim and it’s been over a year now
Wait time is minimal. The girls up front have always been nice.
We’ve had such a great experience at TOA. Dr. Casey is a wonderful doctor—knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to listen. My daughter’s physical therapist, Maureen, is truly the best. She’s patient, encouraging, and has made a huge difference in my daughter’s progress. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. We’re very grateful for the care we’ve received. I highly recommend.
My surgeon was Dr. Teske, and I love him !! 10/10. However the customer service is poor, they have canceled appointments on me without a notification. I scheduled an MRI with them and they cancelled it the same day, very little respect for people's time. But the nurses and surgeons are nice!!
Don’t have issues with TOA as a whole, just not super pleased with treatment at this location.
