Dr. DeVries was wonderful today. He was great with my son, joked around with him, and tried to help him feel better about having broken arms; however, I was very frustrated about the remaining process. When my son had to go to the bathroom, he couldn't because the team at TOA had to verify my coverage, discuss finances, and get payment BEFORE he could get his casts applied. Two years after Dr carpenter did my knee replacement. I still have a huge knot and it locks up or gives out all of the time by 6:00pm my knee swells so bad that I can hardly walk. I told him something was wrong and he would not listen. My way of life is miserable. He kept saying the x-ray looks fine. I cry in pain almost everyday. He has not listened at all just made excuses. If you need them to do your FMLA paperwork for work they are terrible. My dad was in an accident on July 13, was life flighted then released from the hospital on the 15th unable to walk on his own. TOA didn’t set his appointment till the 18th then on FMLA paperwork said that my dad’s injuries didn’t occur till the 18th, justifying by saying they could only put it as the date they seen him despite it being a false statement. TOA Clarksville has been excellent for me in every way. Everyone at this location has been so efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. From initial check-in to check out, the entire staff has been great. Dr. Devries, his nurse Kelly, William Elkins PA, and MRI tech Leanne have all been a blessing to me in figuring out my condition and managing my back pain. I have the utmost confidence in this team.
