I am giving a one simply bc you can go ANYWHERE else and they will bill you. NOT here , why have insurance when you then are FORCED a co pay at time of app? Or let's say you walk in then what? What if someone breaks something and HAS no money 🤔. This makes NO sense and needs to be changed . As this is the only place that I know that does this non sense. Just got back from seeing Dr. Peter Casey. This guy is an arrogant joke. Waited 1 15 minutes after my appointment time. I went because I have De Quervains in my left hand. He had not looked over any medical records and when he asked why I was there and I told him he said quote. What do you want me to do about it. On that I got up told him he was a joke and walked out. To TOA’ s credited I requested a refund of my copay and they gave it back. I will be contacting blue cross and blue shield tomorrow.

Please don’t waste your healing time with Joshua Carrier and team. Initially went in on 6/8 for a broken pinky finger. I had taken X-rays in a private office prior to going to ensure I wasn’t wasting anyone’s time. Saw that my bone had a nice fracture (image 1 left side x ray tab are from private office) so decided to take the appointment ToA had offered. Fast check in, fsst check out. My doctor scoped my knee and had me walking in a few days, was climbing ladders in two weeks. I was back to rowing in month. Great doctors, nurses that worry and make sure you okay. If I need an orthopedist I am only going there.

Be sure to call ahead to clarify the purpose of your visit. Urgent care has hours that are unlisted, urgent cases are considered only if the injury was recent, and their billing does not send over to your insurance as urgent care. It was explained to me that they are not a true urgent care, even though their signage and website state otherwise.
