They were amazing. I can’t even believe how quick and painless the wisdom removal process was. Dr Haley is fantastic. Highly, highly recommend. He’s very personable and was very flexible with treatment options. I hope I don’t need any more oral surgeries, but if I do, I’ll definitely be coming back here.

Dr. Haley is one of the best oral surgeons around. I had a visit this morning for some extractions and I didn’t even know when he was finished, I felt no pain during the procedure and for that I will be forever grateful. Furthermore, his staff is knowledgeable and downright friendly: they’re all invited to the bar-b-que. The office is such an inviting and friendly place.
RecommendedI just got home from having a tooth/root extracted. Dr. Haley, Chastity, Jackie, and the rest of the office staff are awesome! The procedure itself was completely pain-free. Everything was explained clearly and any questions I had were answered. The staff are friendly, professional, and very caring. Oral surgery can be anxiety-provoking. If you want your anxiety reduced, make your appointment with Dr. Haley at Tennessee Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
I was nervous about visiting an oral surgeon because 3 of my wisdom teeth sit on nerves, instead of extracting them, Dr. Haley advised checking in on and doing X-rays on them once a year as opposed to right away removing them. I did have one removed just using local anesthetic, it was quick, easy and painless. Dr. Haley is extremely personable and has made me feel welcomed in his office every time. He advises what is best for patients and their lifestyle. I would highly recommend him and his staff!
No only is everyone very courteous, but Dr. Haley and Paige were especially patient and kind. They spoke to me about my options and answered all of my questions and concerns and eased my extreme anxiety of dental work. Dr. Haley was not only gentle but quick with my tooth extraction. I have had three teeth pulled and two implants by Dr. Spencer Haley. Dr Haley is so kind and has a way of making you feel at ease, he is professional and wants everything to be precise which is what I want, also. I am so afraid of having pain but I can say I had barely any pain at all! I haven’t had any trouble with my procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Haley if you have a need for an oral surgeon, I give him 5 ⭐️
If you have to have a tooth pulled, this is the place to go! I'm writing this after having my tooth pulled today. I'm not in pain. I used ear buds, but needn't have bothered, the entire PAIN FREE process was completed in under 2 songs. I didn't hurt during and I don't hurt now and I'm not on pain meds. The Doctor is the best!! I had the best experience possible with Dr. Haley and Paige. They talked me through every step and even showed me what they were doing. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I definitely recommend his office for any oral surgery needs!
