The front desk staff is very nice and helpful! Also, Dr. Zubkus is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and explains your results in detail. Best team all around. Definitely recommend!
The Smyrna location has the most caring and compassionate staff Dr's, NPs, Nurses, Pharmacy, Lab staff and Office staff.
Scheduling woman is condescending and rude. She is Constantly questioning the doctor like she knows more then him. Obvious has control problem. I try to come to appointment when she is gone early before office closes. Love Dr Zubkus, just do not like the scheduling woman, think name is Barbie or something like that.
The environment and team effort to Achieve their goal seems to be genuine ; I can truly appreciate the prompt care given and the straightforwardness. I love to see a strong and meticulous health team do their best- keep up the good work Tennessee oncology!
