Disorganized and won’t take accountability when they mess up. My fiance and I stayed here, we check in early and within an hour of being in our room another couple comes in with a room key because management didn’t realize room was occupied. When we went to resolve this instead of putting the other people in a new room they made us gather all our things and move to another room AND CHARGES US AGAIN FOR THE NIGHT. So not only did we have to unpack all our stuff twice but paid double for a crappy room. NEVER AGAIN

Definitely an old hotel but the service is spot on. It is a 2☆ hotel so you get what you pay for.

My husband and I stay here every year in August fir out anniversary and will continue to stay here. We always stay on the third floor on the riverside. The rooms are very clean , . The workers there are very polite and nice.They will get you anything that you need.. The rates here are very good and the location is very good.Close to everything that you need. The pool was nice and clean and very warm. The bad and the room was very comfortable.. We will see you again next year in August. .Thank you for everything.
