I gave a 1 star because I was told since I canceled 2 appointments same day I could not be seen by them any longer....I told the receptionist that I was going through chemo when I canceled and when I tried to schedule and she just said sorry. Honestly if this is how you treat patients that are going through cancer and chemo then it's probably best I do not come here.
Dr Gilbert is a wonderful, caring doctor who cares very much about my health. She has been wonderful to my kids, and my wife. 6/5 stars if it was possible, Best Doctor NA
Dr. Gilbert is my family doctor. She listens and excellent at what she does. I trust her.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gilberts for roughly 17 years. she is fantastic, I have never had issues with her and have been taking my Dad to her for 10 years. She always listens to problems and does the proper referrals as needed. I will continue to see her as long as she is available. I do agree with some of the other reviews that the front desk staff in Smyrna have deteriorated over the last 8 years and can be quite rude at times.
