Charlie was amazing to work with! Initially, I reached out to him regarding well inspection services. However, after he promptly called back (on a weekend) and took time to discuss all my inspection needs, we scheduled him immediately. Charlie Priest was very, very thorough and professional. Very patient and answered all my questions clearly while at the same time putting in the extra effort to insure I understood what I needed to do to move forward if I planned to purchase the home in question. He even went the extra mile and conducted a overview of the extra structures that where on the property as well. Highly recommend.

I chose Tennessee Inspection Services because Charles offers comprehensive well inspections. I did not regret choosing him. He was kind, very responsive to any questions I had, and his report was thorough. I appreciate the extra warranties that are available to his customers. He did have a tricky time with my well (it was unlike any that he had seen to date), but he said he likes a challenge. He did not give up...he even called the company that installed the well! This was a great experience. Doing something I’ve never done before is rough but to do it from 2000 miles away makes it that much more stressful. Charlie took the stress out of it. Spoke with him on the phone and immediately felt comfortable. He showed up on time and was very thorough. Afterwards he went over everything on his report and he answered all my questions. I feel like I know everything I needed to know about my house. I’m very grateful for experience, I would highly recommend this company.
