I had a representative from THB come to the house. They offered me less than 1/2 the amount of the houses worth. They offered to send me a written offer. That was 2 months ago and I still haven't sent the written offer. In short...don't waste your time with this compamy. For exact figures, they verbally offered 97k. I sold my house for 230k. Please be careful when selling your home.
