It was my first time at the Tennessee healthcare partners and I must say I was so impressed. Everyone starting from the reception was nice and professional, they all made my experience a great one. The nurse assistant was so nice, she asked all the necessary questions and helped me settle in while I wait for the doctor. I felt very welcomed and heard by the staff and the Dr.
I went to Dr. Reed for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! The office is beautiful and so clean, the staff all very personable and Dr. Reed took time to listen to me and hear my concerns.Prescriptions were promptly ordered and as an added bonus, she has on-site lab staff, which is quite a big perk for me!
Tennessee Healthcare Partners are amazingly professional and timely. The clinicians there don’t just see patients, they educate you so that your the most knowledgeable you can be about your health. They ask all the right questions and give your time and space to ask any questions you may have. Always greeted with a with a smile by the entire staff! I highly recommend this office if your looking for quality physicians, clinicians and friendly staff you can trust.
