Terrible insurance company, one claim and they will cancel every policy you have with them. Agent has no information, you should know I’ve spoken to him and your main office already. The worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. Mark Maberry is the laziest person I know, hard to get on the phone and can’t even text to keep you posted on your claim. I ended up having to do a lot of his work for him because he’s not tech savvy. He couldn’t even get the police report,nearly 2 months went by still no report, I called and had it ... read more
