Terrible insurance company, one claim and they will cancel every policy you have with them. Agent has no information, you should know I’ve spoken to him and your main office already. The worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. Mark Maberry is the laziest person I know, hard to get on the phone and can’t even text to keep you posted on your claim. Always the best!
Initially, things were nice and simple. Any time I needed something, I gave the branch a call and they made the necessary changes with no questions or hassle. The problem came when I purchased a vehicle in my son’s name to help build his credit and my STOLEN car claim was denied. I paid the premium for over 2.5 years just to be denied when I needed coverage. Now we’re out of a 50k car and the additional fees we paid for insurance. I agree with W. Campbell commen below.Great price, horrible agent. I Dropped my vehicle policy & just waiting a month or two to go to USAA for homeowners. I was my Agent's 3rd client & as a Senior Citizen Keaton Kelly spoke to me awful our last conversation sfter 8+ yrs of business. The prices are great for home and auto insurance but my agent is absolutely horrible and he’s the reason I will be canceling my policy only months after moving to them. I’ve never dealt with someone as inept as he is and yet I am not able to change to another agent who is competent. Disappointing because I actually liked the service and what they have to offer.
