Never ever visit this location again. Call 1800 number to get medical records. Left message and never received a call back. Drove to the location in morristown and arrived 2pm. Closed even though posted hours read. M-F Open 8am to 5pm. Walked next door to the surgery and was told there is a $40. Charge to obtain medical records. Will never ever return.
Took my daughter to the morristown office they was suppose to schedule a test it's been almost 2 months and the nurse has not done so she just says she is working on it also left a message for the supervisor no return call . Just wondering who ever over sees these employees needs to be replaced!!!
