My appointment was at 11:15. As instructed, I got there at 11 to do paperwork. I walked in to a small, shoebox waiting room, where there were 4 other people waiting to be seen, so they obviously overbook appointments. The front desk staff was definitely not overly friendly or welcoming. When I was finally seen after noon, the doctor was fine but not super helpful. The doctor was good, but my appointment was at noon, I was asked to be there early. I arrived at 11:45 and was informed that there were 4 patients to be seen before me… I was not seen by the doctor until 12:47. However a sign on the front desk says “your appointment will be rescheduled if you are late by any amount of time”. I showed up early and still had to wait 47 minutes after my scheduled time. And not one explanation of why there were 4 people ahead of my 15 minutes before my scheduled time.
I have been going here for a couple of years and my experience has been really great. My vision has never been better with contacts.
