Great place to get ur hard earned winnings if you enjoy rude customer service & even with GPS you still have a hard time finding it
The building is lovely, and there is ample parking. Parking is free to the first two hours, so claiming a ticket won't cost you any parking fees. There is a security desk where you will check in and be directed to the appropriate office, and it's a simple process. Once I arrived at the Prize Distribution office, I was greeted in a wonderful and courteous manner. The ladies were all extremely pleasant and helpful, and they explained the process.
