Well, it looks as though this review will be no surprise, seeing that they already have a five star review, but I want to add my input. James Fineman is the GUY! Cost was low enough that I added "drip edge" to the contract. He gladly accommodated my particular needs. When I had a question, he came right out; it wound up being nothing. TCS had the best reputation of companies we were recommended after recent storm damage. Josh & Epiphany were responsive and professional throughout, and the repairs to our roof and gutters look great and were completed in a very timely manner. Highly recommended, and we plan to return to TCS for more work in the future.
Tennessee Contracting Services did a quality repair on an 80 year old box gutter for me about three years ago. I requested an inspection recently to be sure the repair was still in good order. Josh came exactly when he said he would and inspected and cleaned the gutter. I told him to bill me for his service, and he refused, saying there was no charge.
