I purchased the hypnotherapy sessions for my husband Kim, to help him manage chronic pain due to fusion in the cervical and lumbar regions of his spine. Tiffany was very knowledgeable, professional, and supportive to Kim as he learned the skills to manage his pain. Kim also used the tools to help his focus while playing golf and to wind down at night for sleep. I am extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend Tiffany as a hypnotherapist.
I took the Hypnobabies course with Tiffany, and I had an incredible experience. In addition to being a very thorough and educational childbirth class, Hypnobabies gave me the tools I needed to deliver my son without any medication. The class also helped me learn how to advocate for myself in a medical setting. Tiffany was an excellent teacher, and I really enjoyed getting to know her over the six week course.
