We had our carpet cleaned by this company and it smelled great while they were cleaning it. However, as it dried, it started to smell really bad (and it still smells horrible to this day). So I asked if they could come back to go over it again. That was over a month and a half ago. During the last month and a half, I have tried to get them to come back, but they kept making excuses and never got back to me (and a couple no-shows). They did a great job on the carpet and were very accommodating as they were able to fit me in the schedule for a same day appointment. Definitely would use again and will recommend to family and friends.
Great experience. I will be using Monty and TN Carpet Cleaning every month. Professional, good people, not trying to price gouge anyone, in fact best prices in town. Plus they do a phenomenal job cleaning carpets!
