Why do doctors offices think their time is more important than yours?!? If you have an appointment at a specific time then you should be seen pretty close to that appointment time, right? 45 minutes past my appointment time and still haven’t been called back!!! Not ok.

I had my appointment today and my experience with TBC wasn't bad at all. Everyone were friendly and got me in and out very quick. Office not easy to find but if you're coming from Alcoa, the office is on your left, right after you pass the Blount Memorial Hospital and the Hospice next to it. Once you get into those medical buildings, is the building on the left.
