My mom was in rehab and Tennessee brace gave her a wheelchair without approving it through insurance, lied and said my mom signed for it and picked it up, while still in rehab....then tried to charge my mom $550.00 for it. When I tried to call and talk about a rental price and we'd return it, Co-owner Christy Brown was extremely rude and told me they don't have time to talk on the phone, because they're trying to make money.
