i cannot understand the idiots with all the negative reviews. are these people all 13 year old. Californians? Be realistic during times when all firearms were unavailable. We are a FFL for over 40 years. I f we cannot get items, and even now cannot, how is the general public. This is a small business, not a massive manufacturer such as Savage, Winchester, S&W, Ruger, or many others. Customer service? I have tried calling and sending emails with no response! They said they can not supply any information pertaining to milling instructions because of the ATF, however all the other companies I have checked have link or posted this information on their website. Pore excuse of a company, especially one owned by a Vet.

I ordered from these folks and received a quick response to the order, inquired as to shipping and was advised 10 days or so, Item shipped in 12 days and had a glitch in the shipping address, I contacted them with the issue and received a phone call from customer service and the issue was resolved immediately. Ordered a 80% lower and they kept saying I need an FFL lower. Somehow I ordered a regular lower. I requested a cancellation of my order and they gave me a credit when I asked for a refund. They still have not responded to my refund request. they are not that busy.
