good atmosphere, terrible service – Each time I've gone into Tenn Street, I am hoping I'll have a different customer service experience. Too bad it never happens...the baristas are rude, unwelcoming, and this morning I LITERALLY heard two words out of my server's mouth. The rest were grunts. This has happened multiple times, with multiple different servers.
