Great mechanics! They are very friendly and transparent and have very reasonable prices. I had received a quote from another larger mechanic shop and the price seemed higher than it should be. Kwan was able to take a look at it and had a much lower, more reasonable price and also offered an alternative solution. I will be coming back for as long as I'm in the area. I highly recommend at least giving them a chance!
I am so happy I found Kwan! We are from outside Atlanta but drove to Duluth to look at a used car. Too far for my normal guy to do a pre-purchase inspection, so I had to roll the dice on someone new. First, he was super communicative and flexible when I called and fit me in that day to look check out a Mazda CX-5 we wanted to buy. Kwan is the best. No question. Other, predatory automotive places tried to tell me the wheel bearings on my car with only 25k miles were worn out and cost $1600 to repair, Kwan identified and fixed the issue for free, and if it were a wheel bearings issue he quoted me for less than half. He’s amazing and I will always go to him first.
Dude Kwan is the man, This place is great. They helped fix so many things with my new car that I overlooked. I heavily appreciate this place, and the prices are fair and quick.
