My husband and I are from out of town and needed oil change, brake pads and minor car maintenance on our Honda Accord and decided to give Tenku Auto a try. The owner Kwon was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and worked fast to get our car serviced. We found the price to be very reasonable. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic in Atlanta look no further. We’re very pleased with Tenku Auto and will be returning for future car repairs.
If you are ever in the area and need a thorough PPI before deciding to buy a car- please go to Kwan. He'll get you right! Very nice honest man who knows what he's talking about, and I appreciate that. VC Cars Gwinnett tried to steal my money, hid codes, and all types of stuff was wrong with the car. Very good service and they know all fix all car.
Brought in my Hyundai Genesis in for some repair and maintenance work. Final bill was less than the estimate. No extra shop fees, no disposal fees, no fake charges that dealers add on to your bill. At Tenku Auto, you get to talk (including instant messaging) to the person doing the repair, unlike at a dealer where you have to talk to a service advisor who is trying to rip you off. Kwan is a highly knowledgeable and highly skilled mechanic. Tenku Auto gets my highest recommendation.
Came to Tenku Auto for an electronic parking brake malfunction on my Lexus GS350. Kwan was extremely busy but still took time out of his day to look at the car and diagnose the issue. He found corrosion/moisture around the parking brake connector area in the trunk and was able to get the system working again by carefully cleaning the connector contacts instead of immediately pushing expensive parts replacements.
