Owner of property was nice. Manager of property from tenaga office was awful,bad attitude,no empathy,and I think something shady happened with the pandemic rental assistance program during the pandemic.
I’m mad I even had to give them one star. Because they deserve 0. They are so unprofessional I don’t even understand how they still running this business.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Sonja Mason is an AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL manager. No one in the eats is friendly and you can never get in touch with them when you need to.
I have made several unsuccessful attempts, via phone and once in-person, to resolve an issue after submitting a work order as instructed. No one has contacted me about a timeline for a resolution. Both Ms. Hayes and Ms. Sounja Mason's unresponsiveness, is very disappointing. I still have not received a response after 3 weeks.
