There are a lot of our students who utilize the Flats as their home. I have heard great things about this complex from our students. Keep up the good work.
It’s always room for improvement. I’ve been here since 2022. And things are ok. When I first moved in they celebrated our birthday. Which was great then it stopped. I think they should bring that back. To make your resident feel special played a big part of why we didn’t leave. Besides the mole in the bathrooms. We just spray with bleach because they are going to come do that anyway. Other than that it’s not a bad place to stay. Thank god we have great neighbors.
