I am the grandson of a current patient at one of Tenet’s hospitals, Huron Valley–Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township, MI. My mother is her healthcare power of attorney, and there is no legal order restricting contact. Despite this, our family has been denied all information and access. I see I am not the only one complaining about HR. Ashley Harrison is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to work with in LIFE. I made several calls to her which never got returned. Then the paperwork I needed her to sign? She sent to the board of nursing AFTER I stressed that I needed a copy with my application. She was very short with me in the emails and when she finally sent them? They are small and sideways so when I printed them out you can barely tell what's on them.
