Dr. Bazemore and her staff were excellent. All the office personnel were very friendly and helpful. My daughter got contac lenses for the first time. The staff was very patient in showing her how to use them. I was very pleased about our decision to use Dr. Bazemore.
Everyone was warm, professional, and welcoming especially Dr Bazemore.
Dr. Bazemore and her staff went above and beyond today with my 91 year old mother's eye exam They were kind, professional, patient, and spoke to my mother in a way that she could fully understand her exam. It was the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever seen! I would highly recommend Dr. Bazemore to anyone.
This is was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. The staff was courteous, efficient and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Bazemore put me at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. It was so nice to be with someone who was not only knowledgeable but also really seems to care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing optical care.
I really love Dr. Bazemore and her lovely receptionist. As well as the other staff member working there. Very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We went to the Newport News office, 6111 Jefferson.
