The battery pack caught on fire sometime after being charged with their charger and disconnected.They were Tenergy batteries too.
0 stars out of 5. While we love the quality of the product- the customer service is HORRIBLE - I have called twice, emailed and even sent a message on FB - and still NO reply. My 8 year old decided to return his purchase and spend the money to help his sister with her mission trip instead and TENERGY will not get me a return authorization for his item. I will NEVER shop here again - nor would I recommend it. I knew I should have bought the same item on AMAZON where they allow for easy returns AND great service.
Provide a customer service response via phone. This company takes orders and does not ship them, but charges your account. There is no way to contact them. No one answers the phone, messages left, don't get replies. Live Chat does not work. But they have my money. Stay away from this company.
RecommendedI love the rechargable batteries they sell. They are better than any brand I've tried hands down. I look forward to trying other products from them.
I bought this incredible LED dimming floor lamp with a remote a couple of years ago. I knocked the remote onto the floor causing it to stop working, just days after I broke my heel bone. I couldn't get in and out of bed to turn my light on and off. I sent Tenergy an email explaining how severe my condition was and desperately needed a new remote. Item 1025 from amazon. Used four times and it failed. Cannot return or use it. Out my money. Use care buying their stuff.

I loved the three levels of brightness and the eye-friendly technology, but it was flickering at random. Purchased rechargeable 123 batteries for my arlo cameras(6 months ago) reached out to company, one set faulty, won’t hold charge . won’t warranty them because bought at Best Buy. Makes no sense �
