Excellent Customer Service Response
I have been using Tenenz for years. Always fast shipping. Great customer service.
I placed an order only to be hit with a bunch of additional fees that were not disclosed during the order process. In fact, I was not even informed of these in any way except via the charge on my credit card. This lack of transparency indicates an integrity issue with the firm and I am uncomfortable doing business with them. I told them to cancel the order.
This is the second year I have ordered from Tenenz and I have had excellent service each time. There products are good quality, good value, and the shipping is fast. I mainly tried them because they are a local company, but I am staying with them for my tax documents because of their service, quality, and price.
