Extremely unprofessional first interaction. I called to discuss a potential legal matter and was immediately asked how much money I wanted to spend, before any attempt to understand my case. When I started explaining who was suing me, I was interrupted and told it didn’t matter. The lack of basic courtesy and interest was surprising. I ended the call feeling dismissed and disrespected.
