He lacks bedside manners, he will not take responsibility, instead he blames it on the patient, age... He told me that my expectations were unreasonable! ! He never disclosed in detail about the risks beforehand, no instead he suggested another costly procedure to fix his screwup! ! Stay away!!!

Ann Louise: I am really surprised to read your comments. Every patient is evaluated by me, and several recommendations provided. You have had previous surgery with me. I perform over 500 surgeries a YEAR, for 23 yrs. Zero malpractice suits. That is a lot of experience and expertise for those that choose to listen. The gold standard for someone your age and shape is a tummy tuck which is more expensive than Smart lipo but is more effectitive. No one "screwed you up". Noel S Tenenbaum, MD
The most uncaring , dismissive doctor I have ever met. My father was a doctor and he loved his patients and treated them with love and empathy . Dr Tenenbaum has absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever and may come across as intelligent and charming initially, However the minute you have an issue or question him, he shows you a different side. I would never recommend him to anyone based on attitude and lack of care. There is a reason his prices are the lowest. Do NOT go to this doctor.
Paid $3,400 to complete the smart lipo almost 4 times! Results are horrible. Each side is uneven and leaves spots where the incisions were made. Tenenbaum did not remove enough fat from my belly, so I have a pouch that just won't go down. He got upset when I asked him to redo my belly. I have to be saving more money to get a REAL plastic surgeon who can do the job! Don't waste your money on this man!
Went to Dr. Tenenbaum for vaser liposuction. Wonderful result but was more impressed that he declined to do my abdomen as he did not think I had enough fat for the procedure to show substantial change. Who turns down a buck? He gave me realistic expectations, was kind through the procedure, and the staff warned me of exactly what to expect afterwards (some hard bumps that dissolve with time) so I was not worried. Terrific ethical and skilled physician and kind helpful staff!
I had upper and lower eyelids done. His stitches and stitching were uneven. One eye got infected. One lower eye was cut completely different than the other. Uneven. Then it fell apart. He restitched it but His original mistake had already ruined the eye. He sells low end work on Groupon. He refused to fix his mistake leaving me with having to find a new doctor. I have read others with the same situation !.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Hi Scott: Sorry to see this. I perform over 500 surgeries a year, and 125 eyelid lift operations per year. Zero malpractice suits. To date, I have NOT had an infected eyelid lift. I am also available 24/7 if there is any concern. I am disappointed to see your eye is "ruined". As I recall you placed your own glue, Elmer's perhaps, on you lower eyelid post surgery and then picked it and the sutures off, over the next 2 weeks, followed by the claim that "it fell off". I had upper and lower eyes and a mini lift done. My surgery went very well and I am glad that I did it. Dr Tenenbaum was professional, caring and understanding. His prices are geared to that women, such as myself, could afford aesthetic surgery. I never had any pain and my incisions were minimal. Healing time shorter than expected. My friends did not know that I had facial surgery because the results were great. I look and feel like a refreshed "ME".
Dr. Tenenbaum did a wonderful job on my eyelid surgery. He also did an eyebrow lift because I had one brow that was lower than the other one. It was all done in his office, but I never felt a thing. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needed his services.
I had the worst experience with this guy. I had an insurance covered breast reduction and lift about 14 years ago and to this day I have issues with the scarring from his horrible stitch job. His bedside manor was rude and arrogant too but as a young women in pain I was desperate for relief. I really wish I had travelled out of the area and did more research.
Had BA Jan 9 2018... Amazing results! Staff is very assertive!! I’m super happy with the entire experience!
