My 1st experience was wonderful & I shared it w all my friends & highly recommended the spa. Loved everything about it!! Amazing experience. Unfortunately after that it was all downhill ! Few months back booked 90min massage service on phone for the same day was told would fit me in & will call between 5 & 5:30 pm. I waited till 6p & left several messages & never got a call back.
