3 star bank for a reason they never answer phone calls when their in after 1 minute of ringing and 27 calls no answer I believe I’ll be changing banks you guys are absolutely horrible
My experience with Tendto has been wonderful since Day 1! (Yes, of course calling into customer care is not ideal, however, I rarely call in and only made 1-2 calls and that was not so great so I just come into the branch for assistance or leave a voicemail.) regardless, staff is wonderful, the mobile app is convenient, and Tendto has been such a delight from account opening to assistance if needed! Love, Love Tendto!!!
I have banked here 25 years
I called ONCE last week and ONCE today and both times the telephone RINGS AND RINGS and noone picks up. I find it very odd noone answers your phone. I will have to stop in today - chances are I will take my CD elsewhere....
There customer service is one of the worst I have dealt with and don’t even try to remote deposit a payroll check because they will hold for ever and for no reason at all
