When you call you never get anyone to answer the phone. It’s crazy.
Always have good experiences with the employees here. I had some issues with my debit card and they were happy to look into the cause, explain it to me, and get me a new card right away.

This is what I experienced at the State St. branch. As a person with over 20 years of customer service experience, I would like to share the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. Tanya, who reassured me she doesn't handle customer calls, called me back after I left an angry message about a customer's inability to get anyone to answer the phone.
