I had good experiences here in the past, and they used to be friendly and more knowledgeable about challenged nails. However, my last nail tech Brianna was not friendly at all, and then she proceeded to use a tool on the foot without fungus after using it on the foot with nail fungus without sanitizing between the uses. She stopped when I pointed out she could transfer the nail fungus that way. I feel like that’s basic nail tech knowledge/practice that shouldn’t be ignored.

My 90 year old mom was late for her appointment. Google maps took us down lovely Eagle Rd. To get to Twnding Toes. The nail tech had a scowl on her face and said your late. My mom didn’t need a full pedicure. I knew it wasn’t going to be an enjoyable experience because the nail tech was angry. Didn’t want to put my mom through that. My mom has been going there for 3 years. Everything has been wonderful up until today. My mom always leaves a good tip too. Not going back. Tending Toes is too busy and doesn’t care about custome... read more

My grandpa had an appointment scheduled for a pedicure, and despite my mom confirming it, they called at the last minute to reschedule. The reason? The technician’s child was sick. While I completely understand that things happen, the lack of communication and the timing of the call was unacceptable. There was no heads-up or prior notice until right before the scheduled appointment, leaving us scrambling to rearrange plans. This is incredibly unprofessional, and I expect better from a business that provides healthcare-relate... read more

Took my elderly mom there and was seriously impressed. I felt like we were at a new level of professionalism and care. Mom was happy and that’s what matters most. Highly recommend!
