I love Tenders chicken...very moist and tender. However, for the second time this week I was in the 3rd row of drive thru. There was a truck ahead of me. The other 2 rows had 2 cars in each. They were serviced and left and in the mean time other cars filled those to rows. The girl proceeded to take their orders, ignoring the guy in front of me. Overall food was ok but found black spot on bottom bun. When I called and told management, I feel she just brushed me off like “yeah, whatever!” Maybe just assuming I’d want something for free! That’s not the case! I was just giving them a heads up so no one else would have this problem! She was nonchalant about it! Food=8 Customer service =3
they have the BEST and most FRESH food...love me some TENDERS
Great local spot in Cornelius. Food is always pretty solid. It does help that the cute server remembers my name when I come in. 5 stars for my personal bias!
