My dad is waiting for a long term care bed at the SCC at tendercare facility. The staff have a huge job to care for the needs of the patients and they are very kind and patient. We are very thankful for the attention and care that is being shown to our dad who can be a handful!
Not impressed with management especially the DOC, she's very rude and impersonate, speaks to the staff in a condescending manner, just very disrespectful. Staff morale is low.
