I came in to place a to-go order and specifically asked for sliced brisket. I even confirmed with the lady at the front that the brisket would be sliced, and she assured me that it would be. When I got home, I opened the order and found that the brisket was chopped instead. I called the restaurant hoping they could make it right, but the manager told me there was nothing he could do for us.
