Words cannot express the gratitude our family has for the care that our mom (and Dad as her caregiver) has received from Tender Mercies! As someone with long-term care and hospice experience, I can assure you that you are never prepared for the need for such care for your own family members. Tender Mercies continues to manage the challenges associated with procuring quality caregivers without compromising on their stringent employment standards.
Tender Mercies provided care for my one century old mother, and eventually my father. They helped with ADLs, meal preparations, health, care visits, errands and just about anything else. Additionally they provided comfort and were always reliable. Tender Mercies made it where my parents could stay in place without me being constantly worried. Tender Mercies was recommended to us by a friend that had used them to care for her parents and they did not disappoint. They were professional, communication was excellent, they were skilled, and compassionate. Even when there were patient problems in the middle of the night, the caregivers were supported by management, on site if necessary, until the situation was resolved.
