Amazing services and care givers who genuinely care about the well being of loved ones and families. I highly recommend Tender Loving Family Care to others. Their respite care services for people who were just released from the hospital recovering from Covid 19 is also quite amazing. Thank You!
Do not work with this company. They promise you things and they dont follow through. They have terrible communication skills. Aids walk away from the patient. Aids always on their phones. Company doesnt take ownership of their wrong doings. A lot of the reviews are from employees what about patient reviews!
I am so grateful that I got to work for TLFC for 4 amazing years. They were the balance in sanity I needed through my undergrad, and I learned SO much about being an adult by spending time in the homes of the elderly. Many young men don’t get to experience what I did, and I just wanted to express my gratitude. I’m glad I get to see the company expand and flourish from across the country. I really could never repay Annika for all she gave me, but I will always remember my experiences at TLFC fondly.
Tender Loving Family Care is a great company to work with, if you are willing to work and has the desire to care for others. The management and staff are quite friendly and are always available to give a listening ear. They are very professional, and makes you feel as part of one big family. I recommend anyone with a caring and sharing heart, who is in need of employment to give this company a try, no regrets. Did I mention, great compensation.
