Tender Loving Carpet Care did a fantastic job for our three floor library. They were able to get out some really tough stains from both our carpet and upholstery, and everything looks fresh and clean again. Adrienne and her team are professional, thorough, and were willing to work around our schedule. They are super friendly, and easy to work with.
I called to make a carpet cleaning appointment at noon today, and they arrived at 1:00! That was such a wonderful surprise! They were friendly, courteous, respectful of property, professional, and very reasonably priced. The trio works like a well-oiled machine. My carpet looks beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend TLCC and will use their services in the future. 🙂

I recently hired Tender Loving Care Carpets to clean and deodorize the carpets at my home, but unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. Despite the company’s claims of performing extra steps, such as vacuuming pet hair and treating urine stains, the results were far from satisfactory.
