They did an excellent job! Fair rates, in and out in 30 minutes for a studio apartment. Very easy to work with and responded quickly to messages! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned and support small business!
I recently hired Tender Loving Care Carpets to clean and deodorize the carpets at my home, but unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. Despite the company’s claims of performing extra steps, such as vacuuming pet hair and treating urine stains, the results were far from satisfactory. I can't say enough great things about Tender Loving Carpet Care! We have several rentals in PA, and almost every time a tenant moves out, I call them first thing! They are efficient & excellent in not only the work they do, but the communication is top notch! I can text them and know within minutes, I'll get a response. I highly recommend Adrienne & Eric!
