RecommendedFound a puppy running along side a person riding a bike and quickly figured out that it wasn’t that persons dog. Stopped and got out and the dog came right over to me. Checked the collar and called he number, which was Tender Loving Care Animal Hospital. I spoke to a lady (I apologize for not getting your name) and she found the records and got ahold of the owner. The owner called me and I reunited the pup with the owner. Happy Tails!!!!
I have requested my dog's medical records on several occasions. The secretarial staff are telling me that I can not have them. The vet is refusing to return my calls. What kind of person refuses to give pet records?? Shady business practices. I have retained counsel, but it is ridiculous to have to do so. Moving and taking pet records should not be difficult.

Max loves everyone there and you can tell they love their jobs! They are cheerful and so helpful when tough procedures have to be done. They let me help to make sure he’s comfortable. We are a retired Military Family that has moved 15 times and had SO many different Vet Clinics. He’s had some that he wouldn’t even let them cut his nails. Was quite trouble when they took my dog out of the examining room and drew blood by sticking a needle in my dogs neck,
The vet's office exceeds my expectations every time. The vet and staff are very attentive to my dog's needs, and they always greet him with excitement when we come in!!!
I drive over 45 minutes when I have vets a lot closer to me. They have a great staff and are always very helpful. We never feel rushed and my dogs don't hate our vet visits! Thank you so much for all you do for us!
