Very caring staff excellent customer service,they don't end the call until you fully understand the details of the products and order.
I don’t have a problem with the facility I have a problem with people that drive their vehicles. One of them tried to run me off of the road and then proceeded to flick me off when I did nothing wrong.
I was very excited to find a company with pumps. I contacted this company back in Oct 2016 for pump and to check for coverage they told me everything was fine and they were going to locate a pump and send it to me closer to my due date. It is now July 2017 and I'm being told I have to pay out of pocket for the pump because they did not bill my insurance till later. I now have Aetna and they say they can't help me and they are going to send me to collections. Heather was very rude And not helpful.
When my daughter needed an apnea and bradycardia monitor Kirk and Heather were phenomenal to work with... I couldn't recommend them more.
