I love working for this company
I've been with tender hearts for 7 years and I have really enjoyed working for them. It doesn't even seem like a job. Love love love the office staff. They are there to help me with any questions I have.

No stars this company is horrible they do not care about their clients or employees, the director of the company is very rude to women that work for him. Don’t work here you will not get any benefits or time off. and they don’t care about anything just as long as they don’t have to come out to the houses and work. Don’t take them on to care for your family they don’t have enough staff to care for your family they will tell you to bring in other company’s to help because they can’t fulfill your needs . A WASTE
