Their customer service is unmatched in my opinion.
Great visit with Dr.Krafve! We were able to get Zeus in the same day we called. They were right on time with our appointment and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they were upfront with costs, which were pretty affordable, and gave a few options. Test results came back in a timely manner and they educated us on his new prescription food. We found our new vet!
Highly recommend Tender Heart! They take such good care my dog, Spruce! Staff is wonderful and I’m always able to get an appointment when needed.

Tender Heart is the best; they have been caring for my rescue kitties all week and I’m happy to say they are doing so much better now. They worked with our crazy schedule to fit us in for appointments and never rushed us, ensuring that the boys received everything they needed. My 90lb rescue dog also loves coming here and whines if we happen to drive by and not turn in.
