We hired TenderCare to help take care of my mom. I've been so impressed! It's been four months and Nancy has been flexible, kind, patient, and the staff have all been excellent. Nancy's communication has been responsive and clear. She adjusted the staff's schedule when my mom went into the hospital and rehab for two weeks. I recently had my second experience with Tender Care. The first time was in 2017 for my dad and most recently for my mom. The owner Nancy is amazing, she is knowledgeable, kind and patient. Many of her care givers have been with Tender Care for several years, I know this because 6 years later many of the same care givers were still available. Amazing staff with quick turn around time for clients along with caring caregivers.
This company doesnt care about their workers you go to work and put your whole heart into taking care of your clients and they dont appreciate it they take away cases without even let you finish your schedule for the week they replace you with workers who dont even take good care of clients all they care about is getting their check family members if you care about your loved ones stay away from this company they dont care about your loved ones just money making.
