My daughter broke her tooth and they said they could not see her for almost 5 months due to their schedule. They treat dental emergencies like a joke. Staff is rude and act like they truly don't care about the children they are their to care for.

Unprofessional staff with rude attitude. Walked in for my sons scheduled appointment and was immediately given an attitude by receptionist. Was charged $3.00 to fill out a paper for my sons school. As I filled out paperwork and gave appropriate insurance information the receptionist then informed me they don’t take our insurance. I told the office we had new insurance while scheduling AND back in May when we were about to get this new insurance provided the office this information. I missed the first appointment so I had to wait another 5 months just to get the second one and when I looked in my calendar said it was for 8 a.m. being 5 months later I looked up their hours and it said they didn't open until 9 a.m. so I thought I had made a mistake. Nope they have their hours set at 9 a.m. to "open for phone calls" even though before 8 a.m. I texted them like it promoted me to when I tried to call them and tried to get ahold of them to check the appointment time. Wonderful place! Dr. B takes the time and patience needed for a child who is scared of the dentist. She is very accommodating and relatable. My child is very scared of the dentist but she manages to get a hug every time. The staff is very nice. Thanks so much for giving us the extra time and care!
